   Since 1:30 PM Pacific Time on September 14, customers using the Agents API have experienced delays or been unable to start turns in managed sessions.

2. 14 Sep 2026 at 23:28 UTC monitoring

   We have applied mitigations and are seeing recovery, but the service has not fully recovered. We are continuing to monitor recovery.

3. 14 Sep 2026 at 23:39 UTC resolved

   The issue affecting the Agents API has been resolved. Managed sessions are now processing turns normally.
