   A fix has been deployed for Claude Fable 5.1 and we are monitoring for recovery.

3. 8 Nov 2026 at 08:54 UTC resolved

   The issue affecting claude.ai, the Claude API, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork has been resolved. Impact occurred from 00:18 PT / 08:18 UTC on Nov 8 to 00:32 PT / 08:32 UTC on Nov 8.
