   We have identified the cause of elevated errors on requests to Claude Mythos 5, Claude Fable 5, and Claude Opus 5, Claude Sonnet 5 and are working on a fix. We will provide an update as soon as possible.

2. 5 Aug 2026 at 09:13 UTC identified

   We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

3. 5 Aug 2026 at 13:08 UTC monitoring

   A fix has been deployed for the issue affecting Claude services and we are monitoring for recovery.

4. 5 Aug 2026 at 14:14 UTC resolved

   This incident has been resolved.
