Uptime counts only major and critical incidents against a provider. Degraded time is reported beside it and never subtracted, because a slow hour is not a lost hour. Overlapping incidents are counted once, days are UTC days, and every figure comes from the provider's own published status page — where the two disagree, theirs is right.
